Washington Square

Planned across Main Avenue from the Washington Pavilion of Arts and Science, Washington Square is an urban-style, mixed-use building that will combine retail, offices, parking and condominiums. The building is eight stories, has three levels of on-site parking, two commercial/retail spaces, one level of office space, 22 luxury condominiums and a rooftop owner’s terrace.

The building shell was completed December 2017. Work on the condo buildouts completed in the summer of 2018.
