- Punch list – Complete work deficiencies
- Lien releases – Provide proof of payment and end of contract
- O&M manual – Provide operations and maintenance instructions
- Guarantees and warranties – Assemble and file for future reference
- Coordinate move-in – Plan into final schedules and occupancy
- Final close-out – Verify all bills are paid and all documents provided
- Monitor during warranty – Provide as needed during the first year
- One-year walk-through – Provide final verification of operational status
