Lincoln County Courthouse
The County has grown to be the third largest county in South Dakota with current population up 30% over the past 10 years. The current courthouse and administrative offices are in Canton, SD and were originally built in 1890. In 2008 the administration building was added along with Court Services renovations. The current needs for the County’s Justice Center may consist of all or some of the following components such as courts, state’s attorney offices, clerk of the courts, public defender, other County Offices, sheriff’s office, and a jail.
