Expansion of the morgue facilities at Sanford’s main campus in Sioux Falls, SD.

JE Dunn, and Joint Venture Partner, Henry Carlson are currently in preconstruction for the New South Dakota Men’s Correctional Facility. After 14 iterations of site selection, they have come to an agreement. The replacement facility will feature 1,488 beds with 1,188 cells and 300 dorms.

The Aldersgate Church renovation in Aberdeen is being completed in two phases. Phase 1 consisted of remodeling the fellowship space and relocating the church’s administrative offices. Phase 2 involves the restoration of the sanctuary, including the original center balcony, preserving the character of the historic space while enhancing functionality.

The new 200,000 SF LifeScape Children’s Services facility is designed to support children with specialized medical and educational needs.
