Minnehaha Country Club Addition and Renovation

A two-story addition to the existing club that included a banquet space, pre-function space, restrooms and a coat room on the upper level and a fitness center with locker rooms and storage on the lower level. The entire first floor was remodeled with the exception of the kitchen. A new bar serves the larger area. The project was a design-build project with Co-Op Architecture.
