LifeScape – New Campus
200,000 square foot children’s campus that will be located on the corner of N Career Ave. and W 34 St. North in northwestern Sioux Falls. Phase 1 of construction consists of a 24/7 residential intermediate care facility (ICF) unit, specialty school, specialty hospital and inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient clinic services. Phase 2 includes a community center, gym, courtyard and administrative buildings and phase 3 will be an expansion of the ICF units for 24 additional beds.
