LifeScape – New Campus

The new 200,000 SF LifeScape Children’s Services facility is designed to support children with specialized medical and educational needs. The project will be completed in multiple phases, with space allocated for future expansion.
 
  • Phase one includes a 6-bed children’s residential area, a larger specialty school, an 18-bed pediatric rehabilitation hospital, expanded inpatient and intensive outpatient therapy areas, and administrative offices.
  • Phase two will feature a gym, pool, community center, family rooms and visitation space and additional administrative offices.
  • Phase three will be an expansion of the ICF units with 24 additional beds.
