Augustana University Froiland Science Complex

Phase one of the project was a 46,000-square-foot addition at the corner of 33rd Street and Summit Avenue. Phase two featured a complete renovation of the existing Gilbert Science Center. Along with new teaching and research spaces, the Froiland Complex included numerous open study areas for students near faculty offices along with new collaborative areas for computer science, physics, mathematics, biology and chemistry students and faculty. Work also included the new Mikkelson Family Auditorium, located inside the Froiland Science Complex.

The project is certified LEED Gold.
