Jordan Ahrendt

Estimator

A lifelong resident of Sioux Falls, Jordan brings a strong background in construction management, estimating and field operations. He studied Construction Management at Southeast Technical Institute after beginning his academic career at the University of Sioux Falls.

He began his career as a Project Manager, gaining experience across commercial, agricultural and paving projects. His background includes six years in pavement maintenance, additional experience in commercial construction and most recently serving as a Project Manager/Estimator focused on special projects. He also spent two years with ASCO before coming to Henry Carlson Construction.

At Henry Carlson, he brings a well-rounded perspective, combining field knowledge with estimating expertise to support accurate budgeting, efficient project delivery and strong coordination across teams.
