Jake Otto

Superintendent

Jake is an experienced construction professional with a lifelong passion for building. Growing up in Pipestone, Minnesota, he learned the trade from his father, who ran a successful contracting business for 45 years. Jake obtained his Minnesota general contractor license at just 23.

Over the years, Jake has worked on various construction projects, including residential, agricultural and even overseeing maintenance for a large Arizona prison. He also gained valuable experience in a multi-family residential company, rising from Construction Manager to Project Manager.

Today, Jake is a Superintendent at Henry Carlson Construction, where he continues to bring his expertise and dedication to every project.
