The project consisted of an addition of 4,791 square feet of new construction office space and the renovation of 5,478 square feet of existing office space.

An approximately 30,000 square foot expansion of the existing Engineered Films Division and Aerostar Division facilities located on a parcel of Raven-owned property.

A complete remodel of the former First National Bank and parking garage or the ”round” building in downtown Sioux Falls. Work included remodeling offices, a new break area, lounge areas, meeting spaces and parking garage.

Relocation of Select Specialty Hospital to the Sanford campus. The facility is a 24-bed Long Term Acute Care, Hospital in a Hospital.

Work included new men’s and ladies’ locker rooms, a workout facility, a hallway and a golf simulator area.

The clinic is a one-story building of approximately 24,000 square feet located adjacent to an existing Lewis Drug store. The new clinic public areas include a waiting area with reception space as well as administrative office areas. Provider and treatment areas include exam and procedure rooms, radiology, lab and common physician and nurse work space.

A new facility for the Aerostar Division. The facility is approximately 91,754 Sq. Ft. of which, approximately 10,000 Sq. Ft. of office space was provided. The new building attached itself to the east end of the existing ATD building.

A new store on the northwest side of Sioux Falls

An approximately 25,000 SF addition to the Montgomery’s Furniture store located on 41st Street in Sioux Falls. The addition will house two new stores. A rear entrance (south side) will be part of the project along with a loading dock on the south side.

Construction of a new overhead pedestrian bridge connecting the existing the Sanford Health facility on the west side of Grange Avenue with the new Hotel Home 2 facility on the east side of Grange Avenue.
