Construction and renovation of the Edith Sanford Breast Center on the campus of Sanford Medical Center in Sioux Falls, SD.

To better serve those in need of eye and tissue transplants while advancing the recovery service program, the new 16,000 sq. ft. facility provides a safe, ethical, and timely service to the donor family and recipient throughout the donation process.

Henry Carlson Company constructed the original 110,000 sq. ft. Sturdevant’s building in 1998. Since then, the demand for warehouse space has grown dramatically and the need to expand was addressed in the form of a 60,000 sq. ft. expansion that matches the original building, provides additional truck docks, and fully utilizes the land available.

The newly transformed Hutchinson Technology 30,000 SF facility in northeast Sioux Falls houses nearly 400 researchers and other support staff. The first phase involved creating space for the Sanford administrative staff and the initial lab spaces. The project also included vivarium lab space, a conference suite, and exterior entrance renovations.

A new restaurant for the Thatzza Pizza in Sioux Falls. It was built at the Dawley Farms Village Development on the east side of Sioux Falls. The restaurant had a drive-up window and an outdoor Italian cafe décor.
