Recipes - Wahpeton, ND

The project consisted of a total renovation of the two existing residence halls and the construction of a new three story entry lobby/lounge connecting the two buildings. The renovation created 101 suite style rooms for students along with new opportunities for study and leisure activities.

A complete renovation of the iconic Old Main building, which was built in 1891. The renovation included work on education spaces, student service space, administration space, common areas, mechanical and electrical support space, maintenance support space, parking lot and pedestrian conveyance, landscaping and infrastructure.
