The Harrisburg Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) is a facility designed to treat 1,000,000 gallons of wastewater per day (gpd) and is expandable up to 4,000,000 gpd with the future growth of the city. We built the new facility with PKG Contracting, Inc. Stockwell Engineers was the design team. 

The project scope involved construction of a LEED Silver building of less than 10,800 square feet, including a 43-seat theater and in interpretive exhibit area.
