Patrick holds a degree in Construction Management from South Dakota State University. Prior to joining Henry Carlson, he gained hands-on experience as a laborer for a local subcontractor and interned at a local engineering firm. Patrick enjoys the construction industry for the daily challenges it presents and the continuous learning opportunities it offers.

Natalie earned her Civil Engineering degree from South Dakota State University. She thrives in the construction field, appreciating the daily variety and the need for innovative solutions and adaptability.

Cindy has 16 years of experience in accounting and personal and business income tax preparations. Outside of work, she enjoys baking and decorating cakes. She also plays darts and enjoys line dancing. She is an avid follower of the Minnesota Vikings and the Nebraska Huskers and is a season ticket-holder for the Sioux Falls Storm. 

Nick Olson, with nine years of construction experience, has joined Henry Carlson Construction, LLC as a Field Engineer. His transition from residential to commercial construction, coupled with a mix of field and office work, showcases his versatile skill set. 

Through his many leadership roles at SDSU and hands-on experience, Logan developed strong technical, communication and teamwork skills, making him a valuable asset to any project team. Spencer holds a degree in Construction Management from South Dakota State University. Spencer, said “I am interested in the construction field because I have been around it for awhile and enjoy seeing buildings at the start and the finish of a project.”

Andie Kommes is a native of Hutchinson, MN and has been a resident of Sioux Falls for almost two decades. When she isn’t hard at work in the Henry Carlson Construction/ASCO shop, Andie spends quality time with her fur babies. She loves camping, fishing, hiking and swimming with her dogs whenever the weather allows.

Kara has joined Henry Carlson Construction as a field engineer. She grew up in Sioux Falls and graduated from Southeast Tech. Before coming to HCC, Kara worked at Gage Brothers as a drafter for three years, Journey Construction for a year on the Cherapa 3 project.

A Nebraska native, Chris graduated from SDSU with a degree in Construction Management. As a field engineer, Chris works alongside various members of the construction team, coordinating with the site superintendent and project manager regarding details of daily operations to keep projects running smoothly.

Blaid, a Minnesota native, has a background in retail and commercial construction. As a field engineer, he works alongside various members of the construction team, coordinating with the site superintendent and project manager regarding details of daily operations. He utilizies his exceptional multitasking skills by efficiently running various activities.
