Sanford Orthopedic Hospital, new hotel inside set opening dates

We’re proud to be building the new Sanford Health Orthopedic Hospital! The nine-story, 161,000-square-foot facility is located on the Sanford USD Medical Center campus.

In addition to the Orthopedic Hospital, the project includes the Highpoint Hotel, a 56,000-square-foot boutique hotel. Floors six and seven will feature 56 guest rooms—including 10 suites. The fifth floor is designed for a future build-out of 19 inpatient hospital rooms.

Guests can enjoy a breakfast buffet each morning and unwind in the evening with beer, wine, and a menu of small plates and appetizers at the bar.
