Henry Carlson Construction has promoted two team members.

Chad Nelson to vice president of operations. Nelson has been with the company for 27 years and has held the roles of laborer, labor foreman, field engineer, project manager and senior project manager.

Travis Hatlestad to director of project management. Hatlestad has been with the company for 10 years and has held the roles of project manager and senior project manager.
