A look inside Washington Square

It’s going to be a big spring for one of the largest downtown Sioux Falls projects.

Several condo owners and businesses have moved into Washington Square, with more to come in the next few weeks.

From standing desks to unique architecture, L.G. Everist’s new location isn’t your typical office. The bosses don’t have the only window seats. Instead, you’ll find an open layout where employees share the light.

“We’re not boxed into cubicles like we used to be. It has a more open atmosphere,” Rob Everist said.

L.G. Everist is one of three businesses that have already moved into Washington Square. A fourth plans to join them soon.

“What was a dead-end street has come alive. It’s so fun to be a part of that,” Washington Square Partner Chris Houwman said.

In addition to businesses, condo owners have also started moving in at Washington Square. View the news story on KELO.
