Washington Square enters final construction stages

Here’s a sign of how well things are going at Washington Square: The developers determined they no longer needed to stage a model condominium.

“We eliminated it when sales took off the way they did,” co-developer Chris Houwman said. “Seventy-five percent of the condos are under contract. We have a limited amount of space left on each floor.” Read more.
