Washington Square held their groundbreaking ceremony July 20 in downtown Sioux Falls. The building will be 8 stories, have 3 levels of on-site parking, 2 commercial/retail spaces, 1 level of office space, 22 luxury condominiums, and a rooftop owner’s terrace.
