Matt Kolbeck started at Henry Carlson Construction as a summer intern. After graduating from SDSU with a construction management degree in 2017, he worked at Henry Carlson Construction in the field engineer role and was in that position for roughly four years before he moved into the office for a year as a project manager. Matt is in charge of coordinating all of Henry Carlson’s self-performed work on all projects, big or small. His attention to detail is the key to success for any project.
